These terms and conditions apply to group courses.
APPLICATION
AND PAYMENT
- If you want to apply for a group course, you
have to fill in the Contact Form on our website or write us an email with
indicating the course you want to apply for.
- For courses higher than level A1 (beginner) it
may worth filling in our test to see on which level you are. This is not a requirement
to apply for a course.
- Application for a course does not guarantee the
launching of the course yet.
- The minimum number of students for a course is
three. If the course does not meet that level, we are unable to start the group
class. In such cases we are following this policy:
- Step one: we offer you a place on another
confirmed course in a different timeframe.
- Step two: we postpone the launching date of the
course in order to receive new applications and be able to run the course as
planned.
- Step three: if we cannot launch the project
within one week after planned date, the student will be entitled to a full
refund of the paid course. Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days.
- For quality reasons the maximum number of
student for online classes is eight.
- If you apply for a course, which does not fit
your level, you can ask for replacement in a higher or lower level course (if
there is any). However, you are not entitled to a refund of fees due to
applying for too high or low level.
- If the course is confirmed, we will notify you
via email and set a reasonable deadline for paying the course fee on our
website.
- Applications for courses are only accepted with
payment of the total course fee in once within the given deadline. There is no
possibility for instalments.
- Fees are set in Euro. The amount you are
charged will depend on the exact exchange rate at the time of payment.
WHAT THE
COURSE FEE INCLUDES
- Textbook and other materials are provided by
the teacher and in the course fee included (unless otherwise stated).
- If you are planning to apply for a course you have
the opportunity for a free consultation with the teacher. Please fill in the
Contact Form on our website.
- The number of the lessons (along with duration)
included in the fee is defined in course description.
TECHNICAL
BACKGROUND
- The student is required to ensure the necessary
technical background for an online lesson such as a computer, stabile internet
connection, microphone, camera and basic softwares to be able to open the
materials.
CANCELLATION
AND REFUNDS
- If you wish to cancel the paid course, you have
to notify us in writing. Write us an email or fill in the Contact Form
accordingly.
- If you cancel your course more than 1 week
before the start of the course, you are entitled to get back the total fee you
paid. Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days.
- In the event you cancel your course within 1
week before start, the course fee cannot be refunded.

ATTENDANCE
AND CERTIFICATION
- Student is not entitled to a full or partial
refund for lessons he/she misses.
- There is no minimum limit of attendance.
- The teacher reserves the right to cancel a
lesson due to unexpected circumstances (such as illness). In that case, the
teacher must notify the students in advance. Cancelled lessons by the teacher
will be thought later after consultation with the students.
- No certifications can be issued for any
courses.
COMPLAINTS
- If you are not satisfied with the provided
service please let us know in writing immediately and we will investigate the
case.
CHANGES TO
TERM AND CONDITIONS
- We reserve the right to update terms and
conditions without providing further notice.
